We live in Carlisle and we love Carlisle so couldn't get married anywhere else!

WEDDING DAY

We did the 'legal bit' at the register office in Carlisle then had a beautiful blessing service at Holy Trinity on Wigton Road where we attend 'Mesc Church' and 'Mesc Tots', then onto Club 35 for our meal which was a 3 course lovely meal, then onto Carlisle Cricket Club for our evening reception.

YOUR HONEYMOON

We went to my hometown, Kilmarnock from Monday til Friday with our 2 daughters - our good friend paid hotel for us. We met up with family I have not seen for 15 years, and friends i not seen for 25 years - was lovely.

Thanks to my Dad and Step-Mum Irene couldn't of done it without them. My daughter, Megan Fitzsimmons and Nicola Potts bridesmaid, Kevin Potts best man, our daughters Eraina and Olivia for being flower girls, Ben Potts as page boy, and Janice Gray for the lovely buffet at evening do.

ADVICE FOR BRIDES-TO-BE

Don't get too stressed and just enjoy the run up and the day, do what you want and not what everybody else does.
